Rizpah Butler-Brannon is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice.

Rizpah specializes in representing property owners in first party insurance disputes including hurricane, fire, water, and mold claims. Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Rizpah defended insurance companies in first-party property matters, commercial and general liability, personal injury, premises liability, negligent security, and title insurance. In addition, previously, Rizpah was the Managing Attorney for the State of Florida in Orlando and Kissimmee, Florida.

Rizpah graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in Communications. She then completed her Juris Doctor Degree at Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While in law school, Rizpah was the Managing Associate Editor for Law Review.

Rizpah is an approved Instructor for Continuing Education Courses through the Florida Department of Financial Services.
