Fiorella A. Gasco is a partner in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice.

Fiorella specializes in representing homeowners and business owners in property damage and coverage disputes throughout the state. Before joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Fiorella gained experience serving as an associate attorney at a well-respected South Florida defense firm. She has represented insurance companies in auto-accidents and premise liability cases and has several years of experience representing insurance carriers in first party disputes. Fiorella uses this training and experience to ensure maximum recovery for the policy holders she represents.

Fiorella received a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Florida International University. She went on to attend Florida International University College of Law where she graduated cum laude. During law school, she served as a Senior Staff Member for the FIU Law Review and was part of the FIU Law Moot Court Team.

Fiorella is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, including the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
