Property Damage Attorney
Nicole Lind is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice.
Nicole specializes in representing property owners in first party insurance disputes, including hurricane, tropical storm, wind, hail, fire, water, and mold claims.
Nicole understands and recognizes the devastating financial effects on homeowners whose homes are in dire need of repair following their insurance company’s wrongful denial or underpayment of an insurance claim. While in law school, Nicole spent several years working as a law clerk at Kanner & Pintaluga, where she gained extensive legal knowledge and experience in evaluating and litigating the wide array of coverage issues and damage disputes that arise from insurance claims for property damage. She now utilizes this knowledge and experience to ensure that the homeowners she represents recover the compensation owed to them for their loss in accordance with their insurance policy.
Prior to attending law school, Nicole first realized her passion for law during her study abroad experience in Dublin, Ireland, where she interned at a local law firm that specialized in property disputes and tort claims. It was through this international internship that Nicole’s commitment to pursuing a legal career was solidified.
Nicole graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in History. She then went on to complete her J.D. at Stetson University College of Law.
