Daniel Norton is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice.

Dan specializes in representing property owners in first party insurance disputes including hurricane, fire, water, and mold claims. Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga Dan worked for 30 years representing clients for law firms in Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Dan started practicing in Florida after passing the Bar in 1995. Dan was later board certified in Civil Trial by the Florida Bar. He has tried many first party property damage and personal injury cases in his career.

Dan has been very active in the community volunteering and coaching youth sports and recently as an assistant varsity baseball coach at a local high school in Palm Beach County

Dan has maintained membership in numerous trial lawyer groups including the American Association for Justice and the Florida Justice Association over his career. He is also proudly displayed on the Southern Poverty Law Wall of Tolerance in the Civil Rights Memorial Center in Birmingham, Alabama

Mr. Norton graduated from Bucknell University in 1989 with a B.A. in Political Science. He then completed her J.D. at Rutgers University School of Law-Camden in 1992.
