Ardalan Montazer

Ardalan Montazer is a Partner in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice.

Ardalan specializes in representing property owners in first party insurance disputes including hurricane, fire, water, and mold claims.

Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Ardalan was a division leader in a statewide law firm where he represented national and international corporations and insurance companies in claims involving insurance, international, property, and tort law.

Born and raised in South Florida, Ardalan is committed to giving back to his country and community. Ardalan currently serves as an Auxiliary Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard and previously served as a court appointed Guardian ad Litem, where he zealously advocated for the best interests of Miami-Dade County’s most vulnerable children.

Ardalan received a B.A. in Business Management from Florida Atlantic University and a M.B.A in Finance and International Business from Florida International University. He completed his J.D. at St. Thomas University School of Law where he was an editor of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Migna Sanchez-Llorens of the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida and as a law clerk to the Judge Advocate General of the United States Coast Guard’s 7th District.
