Danielle A. Perez is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice.

Danielle specializes in representing homeowners and businesses in property damage and coverage disputes throughout the state of Florida. As a Miami native, she understands the devastation and frustration homeowners experience when their property is damaged by a windstorm event.

Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Danielle handled first and third-party property homeowners’ insurance claims and business litigation matters at another South Florida plaintiff firm.

Danielle graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a B.A. in Sociology. She then completed her J.D. at St. Thomas University School of Law. While in law school, Danielle served as a judicial intern for Circuit Judge William Altfield and was the Student Articles Editor for the St. Thomas Law Intercultural Human Rights Law Review. She also completed an attorney fellowship in disaster lawyering at Equal Justice Work’s Disaster Resilience Outreach Clinic in Washington, DC.
