Nicholas de Nunez is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice. He specializes in representing property owners in first-party insurance disputes, including hurricane, fire, water, and mold claims.

Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Nicholas worked at a prominent Miami law firm as an insurance litigation attorney. Throughout his career, Nicholas has consistently been on the Plaintiff’s side and has previously handled personal injury protection and bodily injury matters. He leverages his extensive experience to zealously ensure maximum recovery for the policyholders he represents.

Mr. Nicholas de Nunez graduated cum laude from Florida International University with a B.A. in International Relations. He then graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University College of Law, where he obtained his J.D. degree.
