Haley is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice.

Haley specializes in representing property owners in first party insurance disputes including, but not limited to, hurricane, wind, fire, water, sinkhole, and mold claims. Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, she handled first party property homeowners’ insurance claims at another plaintiff’s firm in Central Florida. Throughout much of her career, Haley has represented policyholders and uses this training and experience to ensure maximum recovery for her clients.

Haley received her B.A. in History from Emmanuel College in Boston. She then earned her J.D. from Barry University School of Law. During her tenure at Barry, Haley served as the Dean’s Writing Fellow for a section of the school’s Legal Research and Writing classes. She also completed several internships for the Florida Department of Children and Families, where she helped abused, abandoned, and neglected children receive the care they deserved.
