Brittany Jones is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice.
Brittany focuses her practice on representing homeowners in property damage and coverage matters throughout the State of Florida.
Before joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Brittany defended insurance companies in first party insurance disputes. Through her defense experience she gained invaluable knowledge in how insurance companies defend their cases against insureds that she now uses to assist her clients with their insurance claims that have been wrongfully denied or underpaid. Additionally, Brittany clerked at a prominent West Palm Beach law firm where she was able to assist with toxic tort class actions and individual personal injury lawsuits, medical malpractice lawsuits, and nursing home lawsuits.
Brittany received a B.A. in English Literature from Florida State University where she was a Garnet & Gold Scholar and a Global Pathways recipient. She also attended Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies where she received a Law and Society Concentration Certificate while completing an internship at the United States Mint Protection Department. She completed her J.D. at Stetson University College of Law where she was awarded the 1L Bets Appellate Brief and served as the treasurer of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers at Stetson.
