In April 2018, our client was making a left turn on a green light through an intersection in Miami. As he was rightfully passing through the intersection, the driver of another vehicle ran a red light traveling well in excess of the posted speed limit, colliding with the driver’s side door of our client’s vehicle. The impact was so forceful that our client’s vehicle was pushed over 200 feet from the point of the collision. As a result of the collision, our client sustained significant injuries, including a concussion which required an extended stay in a local hospital.

While the at fault driver’s insurance company quickly tendered its minimal policy limits, the insurance company affording coverage to our client disputed the extent of his injuries. Regardless of the defendant’s efforts to minimize our client’s injuries and the toll it took upon him physically, emotionally, and professionally, we were able to recover more than $1,000,000 for our client.
