Nicholas S. Gurney, Esq. was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. A first generation college student, Nicholas graduated, with honors, from the University of Central Florida where he received a bachelor’s degree in legal studies. Nicholas worked in the field of criminal law before attending the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he graduated Cum Laude, with Dean’s List Honors. While still in law school, Nicholas was certified by the Florida Supreme Court and granted the ability to represent clients in open court. During that time, Nicholas tried cases and achieved positive results for clients before trial, during trial on motion, and at verdict. Nicholas is proud to fight for clients who have experienced injustice across the state of Florida.

Nicholas has served the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division; the Fifth District Court of Appeal, Daytona Beach; and the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court, Orlando, Florida.
