Brian Mock, Esq. is an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Kanner & Pintaluga, P.A. His legal career began in 2000 as a criminal defense attorney at the Office of the Public Defender in Broward County representing indigent clients. Brian Mock, Esq. worked as an Assistant Public Defender for four (4) years, first in County Court handling misdemeanors and eventually working his way up to become the lead attorney in a Felony division in Circuit Court. Brian Mock, Esq. participated in numerous jury trials in cases ranging from assault and DUI to felonies punishable by life in prison. He also handled juvenile delinquency cases during that time.  In 2005, he left the Office of the Public Defender to start his own law practice. Brian Mock, Esq. continued to focus on criminal defense, while also handling family law and foreclosure defense cases.  In 2013, he joined the litigation department at Kanner & Pintaluga, P.A. in order to use his trial skills to help the injured.
