Boca Raton, FL – Kanner & Pintaluga is proud to announce the elevation of three to Partner, effective January 1, 2024. The newly elevated partners are Berkin Aslan, Fiorella Gasco, and Tracey Thomson.

The partner promotions cap off a remarkable 20th anniversary year for the nearly 100-lawyer plaintiff firm. In October, the Firm earned the No. 1 and No. 7 spot on ALM’s 2023 Mid-Market Pro 50 Report for Revenue Per Lawyer (RPL) and Gross Revenue respectively. The Mid-Market Pro 50 list analyzes and ranks the top 50 revenue-grossing firms outside of the Am Law 200.

Berkin Aslan, Personal Injury. Berkin joined the Firm in 2017. Berkin is a trial attorney and his practice focuses on representing individuals in Florida personal injury claims. In addition, Berkin serves as the Firm’s Summer Associate Program Director. Berkin received a B.A. from the George Washington University. He completed his J.D. at Nova Southeastern University.

Fiorella Gasco, First Party Property. Fiorella joined the Firm in 2021. Her practice encompasses all types of first party property damage matters. Prior to Kanner & Pintaluga, she practiced as a defense attorney protecting insurance companies related to first party property disputes. Fiorella received a B.A. from Florida International University. She also completed her J.D. at Florida International University where she graduated cum laude.

Tracey Thomson, Personal Injury. Tracey joined the Firm in 2016. Her practice focuses on representing individuals in Georgia personal injury claims. She has recovered more than $6.3 million for Firm clients in 2023. Tracey holds a B.A. from the University of Florida and a M.S. from the University of Central Florida. She completed her J.D. at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
