In September 2020, our client was working as a commercial truck driver, heading northbound on I-285, when suddenly and without warning a large conveyor belt broke loose from a flatbed truck ahead of him and smashed into the front of his truck. In all, the total recovery was more than 12 times what the insurance company initially offered.
