Tampa, FL – The Firm’s Personal Injury Litigation Practice recently provided justice for a client by negotiating a $450,000 settlement with Lowe’s Home Centers for injuries sustained from a slip & fall.

In February 2015, our client slipped and fell on sandy debris left on the floor in the concrete section of a Tampa Lowe’s store. As a result of the fall, our client suffered serious injuries to his left knee and right shoulder and underwent various pain management injections and numerous surgeries to both his left knee and right shoulder.

Despite acknowledging that sandy debris is routinely on its floor in the concrete section, Lowe’s denied having knowledge that the condition was present at the time of our client’s fall. Lowe’s also claimed that our client’s injuries were not caused by this fall and that his treatment, including the many surgeries he endured, was not related to this incident.

After more than 6 years of extensive litigation, the parties resolved the claim for $450,000. Our client was represented by KP trial attorney Richard Rosenblum.
