Brad Emler currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of Kanner & Pintaluga and is a member of the Firm’s Executive Management Committee where he is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s day-to-day operations and supporting the development and implementation of the Firm’s strategy.

With two decades of team leadership and executive-level management experience, Brad is a professional service firm builder, leader and innovator and has particular expertise in organizational and operational alignment.

Prior to Kanner & Pintaluga, Brad was the Chief Administrative Officer of an international Am Law 200 firm where he served as an ex officio member of that firm’s management committee and focused on creating and driving value-added initiatives which helped them grow from 180 to over 400 attorneys and emerge as one of the top 200 firms in the U.S. by revenue.

Brad stays active in the local legal community. He currently serves as a member on Florida’s Seventeenth Circuit Unlicensed Practice of Law (UPL) Committee and from 2019-2022 served as a public member on Florida’s Seventeenth Circuit Grievance Committee.

A native of New York, Brad enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps following high school and obtained the rank of Sergeant while on active duty.  He holds a B.A. in Legal Studies from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a M.P.S. in Law Firm Management from The George Washington University. Brad is also a graduate of the Leadership in Law Firms Executive Education Program at Harvard Law School.
