Boca Raton, FL – Roberta Tejchman joins Kanner & Pintaluga as an attorney in the Firm’s Personal Injury Practice in Boca Raton.
Robbie specializes in representing individuals injured due to the negligence of others. Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Robbie worked defending insurance companies in disputes involving slip and falls, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death and other liability actions. She also previously was an Assistant Attorney General with the State of Florida where she defended state departments, agencies, and officials in suits involving the constitutionality of Florida state statutes and class action civil rights lawsuits against the State.
Robbie earned a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, with a major in Political Science and a minor in National Security and Intelligence from Fairmont State University. She completed her juris doctor degree, cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. While in law school Robbie was Co-Managing Editor of the Canada-United States Law Journal, senior editor of the War Crimes Prosecution Watch, a legal writing teaching assistant/tutor, and completed an externship with the Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor.
She is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts.
