Kanner & Pintaluga Names New HR Head, Primes for Continued Growth

Boca Raton, FL – Kanner & Pintaluga, a Boca Raton-based personal injury and property damage firm, is pleased to announce that Andres Exposito has joined the Firm as Director of Human Resources (HR). Mr. Exposito, who most recently served as a Regional Director of HR at an Am Law 200 firm, brings a decade and a half of progressive human resource management experience to Kanner & Pintaluga and will be responsible for planning and managing human resource programs and strategies for the Firm, including recruiting and retention, employee relations and engagement, and day-to-day procedures. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, Kanner & Pintaluga has doubled in size over the past two years. The now 500 employee Firm, founded in 2003, is on pace to be more than 100 lawyers-strong by the end of 2021.

Mr. Exposito earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Barry University. He holds a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources Management, from Florida International University (FIU).
