Boca Raton, FL – Kanner & Pintaluga is proud to announce the elevation of five to Partner, effective January 1, 2025. The newly elevated partners are Haley Dakin, John Downs, Brandon Esquenazi, Anthony Gonzalez, and Matthew Levy.

The partner promotions cap off another year of focused growth for the national plaintiff Firm which now exceeds 600 employees and recently opened doors to a new 8,000 sq. ft. office in Houston, Texas.

Haley Dakin, Personal Injury. Haley joined the Firm in 2021. Her practice focuses on representing individuals in Georgia personal injury claims. Since joining the Firm, she has recovered more than $24 million for Firm clients. Haley earned her B.A. and J.D. from the University of Mississippi.

John Downs, First Party Property. John joined the Firm in 2020. His practice encompasses all types of first party property damage matters. Prior to Kanner & Pintaluga, he honed his trial skills at the Broward County Public Defender’s Office. John received his B.S. from the University of Central Florida and completed his J.D. at St. Thomas University School of Law.

Brandon Esquenazi, Personal Injury. Brandon joined the Firm in 2020. His practice focuses on representing injured individuals across several states. He is licensed in Florida, Georgia, Texas, New York, Pennsylvania, and Arizona. Brandon holds a B.A. from the University of Central Florida and completed his J.D. at Nova Southeastern University.

Anthony Gonzalez, First Party Property & Personal Injury. Anthony joined the Firm in 2022. His practice specializes in handling first party property damage and personal injury matters. Prior to Kanner & Pintaluga, he worked at two national insurance defense firms and uses this experience to maximize recoveries for his clients. Anthony earned his B.A. and J.D. from Florida International University.

Matthew Levy, Personal Injury. Matt joined the Firm in 2021 as a Senior Attorney in the Firm’s personal injury practice. Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Matt worked as a name partner at another personal injury firm in South Florida. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1995 and is a Board-Certified Civil Trial Attorney through the Florida Bar since 2003. Matt received his B.A. from the University of Delaware and earned his J.D. at Nova Southeastern University.
