Pre-Suit Attorney
Mr. Martin is a Florida licensed Attorney in the Firm’s Personal Injury Practice.
Mr. Martin has devoted his time to a wide variety of general liability cases, including those involving motor vehicle and pedestrian accidents, slip & falls, and food poisoning.
Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Luis practiced civil litigation as a first-party defense associate, making him keenly aware of the exclusionary tactics employed by insurance companies and their retained counsel.
Luis received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Florida in 2020 and completed his J.D. at Barry University, School of Law, in 2024.
