Jensen M. Grant is a partner and the Managing Attorney for the Firm’s Florida Pre-Litigation Team, a Practice Group he has led since 2012. In addition to his leadership in Florida, Jensen co-manages the Firm’s broader personal injury operations in Colorado and New Jersey.
Throughout his career, he has personally resolved complex, high-value matters on behalf of clients while overseeing practice group wide work and operations. His work with Kanner and Pintaluga dates back to 2006.
His leadership has been recognized by invitations to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and honors including Top 10 Under 40 and Top 10 Attorney for client satisfaction.
Jensen holds a B.A. from Florida Atlantic University and earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, where he participated in clinical coursework. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, Colorado, and New Jersey.
In addition to his role as a Managing Attorney, Jensen is an integral member of the planning committee for the annual TBI Symposium, where he helps shape the agenda and bring together leading experts to advance the understanding and treatment of the traumatic brain injuries. Jensen’s involvement ensures that the Symposium delivers cutting-edge insights and practical strategist that directly benefit clients facing these complex cases.
