Jensen M. Grant is a partner and the managing attorney for the Firm’s Florida Pre‑Litigation Team and oversees the Firm’s personal injury operations in both Colorado and Florida. Since joining the Firm in 2009, Jensen has directed pre‑litigation operations across multiple jurisdictions and has personally resolved complex, high‑value matters on behalf of clients. His leadership has been recognized by invitations to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and honors including Top 10 Under 40 and Top 10 Attorney for client satisfaction.
Jensen holds a B.A. from Florida Atlantic University and earned his J.D. from The American University Washington College of Law. He is active in professional education and community outreach and is the co‑founder of the Firm’s annual Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Symposium, launched in 2022, which brings together clinicians, researchers, and attorneys to improve care and outcomes for patients with brain injuries.
