Howard Kanner is a co-founding partner at the Law Offices of Kanner & Pintaluga. Howard is a driven plaintiff’s lawyer with experience such as a million dollar settlement prior to turning 30 years old. His areas of practice include Motor Vehicle Accidents, Bicycle and Pedestrian Accidents, Premises Liability, Slip and Fall Accidents, ‘Bad Faith’ Insurance Law, and Wrongful Death. Howard graduated from Florida State University, Cum Laude, where he was a member of The National Honors Society. Howard received his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School in 2001, and he served as Treasurer for the school. While in law school, he showed a true passion for legal negotiation and dispute resolution, and he was selected to compete in the school Moot Court Competition and school Negotiation Competition. Additionally, Howard was an appointed mediator in the state of Vermont, where he successfully settled numerous civil cases and counseled county judges on legal issues of cases. Recently, Howard was an invited guest judge in the Southern Region’s National Negotiation Competition. Howard is an active member of several legal associations, including the American Association of Trial Lawyers, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Broward County Bar Association.
