Matthew Witlicki is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice.

Mr. Witlicki specializes in representing property owners in first party insurance disputes at every stage — from the claim reporting process to jury verdict and everything in between. Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Matt was employed with a boutique law firm in downtown Fort Lauderdale working property insurance litigation and personal injury litigation. Prior to that, he was in-house counsel for one of the largest property insurance companies in Florida.

Matt graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a B.A. in History. He then completed his J.D. at Barry University Law School. He also earned an LLM from Suffolk Law School in Boston.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys reading, traveling, and looking for forgotten treasures at antique stores.
