Shaheen “Shah” Hashemian is a trial attorney with Kanner & Pintaluga, recognized for his relentless energy and fearless advocacy in the courtroom on behalf of those he represents. Known for his willingness to try cases in any forum and in any place, Shah believes that effective advocacy is rooted in context, credibility, and the people behind every case.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where he served as a Vice President of the NSU Trial Association, and competed nationally on both the trial and moot court teams. His excellence in advocacy earned him multiple Best Advocate awards and induction into the prestigious Order of Barristers.

Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Shah served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Bailey in the Criminal Felony Division of Florida’s 17th Judicial Circuit and worked at a prominent neurology practice. These experiences sharpened his courtroom judgment and gave him a practical understanding of complex medical issues, a perspective he now brings to every case he tries.
