Caroline Stephens is an Attorney in Kanner & Pintaluga’s Personal Injury Litigation Group.
Caroline possesses extensive trial experience including conducting over ten civil jury trials, demonstrating a strong ability to achieve favorable outcomes in complex matters.
Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Caroline had nearly ten years of experience in Personal Injury.
Caroline received a B.A. from University of Texas at Austin. She completed her J.D. at Baylor Law School. Where she was a Quarterfinalist during Dawson & Sodd Moot Court Competition.
Caroline has achieved several significant milestones in her legal career, including:
- Managed the representation of 60 plaintiffs in a complex property damage suit against a major railroad corporation and defeated their summary judgment motion, securing a $1.5 million settlement
- Member of a trial team that defended a corporate client in a catastrophic injury suit and secured a favorable mid-trial settlement that avoided a potential $25 million-plus jury verdict
