LaKeisha R. Randall is a Senior Attorney in the Firm’s Personal Injury Litigation Practice.

LaKeisha has helped clients navigate tough legal concerns for many years. She specializes in representing individuals involved in car accidents, motorcycle wrecks, collisions involving trucks or 18 wheelers, premises liability injuries, victims of crimes on the properties of businesses or apartment complexes, negligent security, slip and falls, shooting victims, trip and falls, inadequate lighting which causes injuries, negligence, and owners in first party insurance disputes including hurricane, fire, water, and mold claims.

Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, she has been a successful business owner, the trusted advisor to 13 Georgia judges, former in-house trial counsel to a Fortune 50 insurance company, and won cases before judges and juries.

She graduated within the top 5% of her class from Georgia State University and earned her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law.  While attending law school, LaKeisha won Best Oral Argument & Best Overall Performance of the Moot Court Board, served on the Executive Board of the Student Bar Association, founded the Pro Bono Council, and fought to exonerate people wrongfully convicted through the criminal justice system by leading her law school’s Innocence Project. LaKeisha rounded out her legal studies by studying pharmaceutical law, comparative bioethics, and biodiversity abroad at Universidad de Costa Rica. 

LaKeisha regularly teaches CLE’s for other lawyers on litigation, legal writing, wellness, and leadership. She was also selected to author and edit a book entitled Her Story: Lessons in Success From Lawyers Who Live It, a collection of essays written by prominent women litigators from across the United States.   

LaKeisha has been honored as Top 40 Under 40 by multiple organizations, including the American Bar Association’s on the Rise in 2021.
