Scott E. Encher is an attorney with the firm’s Personal Injury Practice.

Scott has concentrated his practice in the area of plaintiff’s personal injury trial work throughout his nearly 25-year career. He is a skilled litigation attorney with extensive experience having tried numerous cases in state and federal courts in Illinois. Throughout his career, Scott has handled a variety of personal injury and wrongful death cases involving construction negligence, aviation disasters, trucking and motor vehicle litigation, premises liability, product liability, and medical negligence.

Scott graduated from DePaul University with a B.S.in Political Science. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly The John Marshall Law School).

Scott has authored multiple articles and educational materials for the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. He has also lectured before ITLA, as well as making several presentations to students at his alma mater.
