Michael T. Masci is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice.

Michael specializes in representing property owners in first party insurance disputes including hurricane, fire, water, and mold claims. Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Michael worked as an insurance defense attorney at a law firm whose clients included several of the largest insurance companies in the state of Florida.

As a defense attorney, Michael provided representation for both the insurance companies and their insureds, gaining insight into how, and why, insurance companies operate. Michael now utilizes his knowledge and understanding of insurance companies to maximize not only the clients’ chances of a successful outcome, but to increase the bottom line of what a “successful outcome” really means.

Michael received a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. He completed his J.D. at the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University. During law school, Michael was a member of the Nova Southeastern University Moot Court Society and participated in a prestigious Summer Associate program at an AM Law 200 firm.
