Matthew C. LaDuke is an attorney in the Firm’s Personal Injury Practice.

Matthew specializes in representing victims of injuries caused by a variety of scenarios including automobile accidents, boating accidents, slip & falls, dog bites, and even negligent maintenance of property.

Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Matthew worked as a Tax Resolution Attorney negotiating tax debt settlements against the IRS. In addition to his legal expertise, Matthew also has significant management, construction, and real estate experience gained as a Project Manager on contract with a statewide franchise utility provider.

Matthew graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a B.A. in Political Science with a focus on Pre-Law, Diplomacy, and Dispute Resolution. He then completed his J.D. at Florida International University College of Law. During law school, Matthew clerked for the Miami-Dade School Board Attorney’s Office as well as the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County. As a result, he earned the 2014 FIU College of Law Pro Bono Community Service Award.
