Jack Murray is an Attorney in the Firm’s Personal Injury Group.

Jack started his career practicing at an insurance defense firm specializing in premises liability, automobile accidents, and complex civil litigation. He represented insurance carriers and their insureds in a broad range of personal injury and commercial liability matters, including automobile negligence, premises liability, and general liability claims, at both the pre-suit and litigation stages. His practice also included construction law and complex construction-related disputes involving multi-party litigation, layered contractual relationships, breach of contract claims, indemnification issues, insurance coverage considerations, and disputes concerning the allocation of liability among contractors, subcontractors, developers, and other involved parties. These matters required analyzing complex contractual provisions and evaluating technical, fact-intensive issues. Through this experience, he gained valuable exposure to complex case management, legal research, discovery, motion practice, and the strategic evaluation and resolution of disputed claims.

As he has progressed in the personal injury field, he has developed a well-rounded perspective on the legal process and the importance of client-focused representation. He understands that clients often navigate unfamiliar and challenging circumstances, and he prioritizes ensuring their concerns are heard, their questions are answered, and they stay informed and involved throughout their cases. Most importantly, he recognizes that no two cases or clients are alike. Each matter presents unique facts, challenges, and client needs, requiring an individualized approach, thoughtful case strategy, and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for each client.

Jack received a B.A. from Florida Atlantic University. He completed his J.D. at Ave Maria School of Law.
