Andres Exposito serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Kanner & Pintaluga and is a member of the Firm’s Executive Management Committee.

In his current role, Andres leads human resource programs and strategies firmwide, including recruiting and retention, employee relations, and day-to-day procedures. In addition, he is responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws, monitoring internal legal support and workflows, and developing and driving the firm’s culture.

With nearly two decades in the South Florida legal community, Andres is a dynamic influencer focused on leadership, loyalty, and longevity and specializes in translating business vision into initiatives that improve performance, growth, and profitability.

Before joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Andres was a Regional Director of Human Resources for an international Am Law 200 firm where he collaborated with other firm directors and senior executives to develop new business initiatives, fostered employee engagement, and mobilized talent both regionally and firmwide.

Andres graduated from Barry University with a B.A. in Business Administration. He completed his M.B.A with a focus in Human Resources from Florida International University.
