Jordon V. Fosky is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice.

For over a decade, Jordon has specialized in representing property owners in first party insurance disputes including hurricane, cast iron pipes, fire, water, and mold in addition to victims of all personal injury claims.

Immediately prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Jordon had recently formed Fosky Law, PLLC. He had previously worked at Nation Law Firm/Morgan & Morgan for over five years handling highly contested Cast Iron Pipe litigation cases from inception to trial.

There is an inherent imbalance of power between individuals, large corporations, and insurance companies. Jordon strives hard to restructure this balance of power in favor of the consumer. As a result, he has adopted the slogan, “Fighting the Good Fight,” to represent his outlook on this continued struggle between the consumer and big business.

Jordon graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Political Science. He then completed his Masters (M.A.) from the University of Florida in International Relations. He began his legal journey working as an intake specialist at the Morgan & Morgan call center, completing his J.D. at Florida A&M University – College of Law.

Jordan currently resides in Maitland, Florida with his wife and two children. The Fosky’s enjoy the sun, beach, family, friends, and the Florida Gators!
