In September 2016, our client was on his way home after a long day of work at a South Florida construction site. As he proceeded southbound on a one-way street, a driver heading eastbound ignored a stop sign and slammed into the passenger side of his vehicle. Due to the impact, our client missed time from work and suffered an aggravation of pre-existing spinal issues which required a spinal fusion.
