Boca Raton, FL – Kanner & Pintaluga, a Boca Raton-based national plaintiff firm, announced today that Robert Kersey has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer effective October 28.

Rob joined the Firm 15 months ago as the Firm’s Controller and brought with him more than 20 years of multi-industry financial experience which included progressive accounting roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Silver Airways. Mr. Kersey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Earlier this year Kanner & Pintaluga was named to the 2022 NLJ 500 list which recognizes the top 500 firms in the country by attorney headcount and is on pace to earn a spot on the Am Law 200 list next year. In addition, the Firm plans to hire more than 150 employees — including 65 attorneys — over the next six months to handle the influx of property damage claims in the wake of Hurricane Ian.
