Boca Raton, FL – Kanner & Pintaluga, a Boca Raton-based national plaintiff firm, announced today that Andres Exposito has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) effective immediately.

Mr. Exposito, who joined the Firm 14 months ago as the Director of Human Resources, has a decade and a half of progressive human resource management experience with professional service firms. Prior to Kanner & Pintaluga, he served as a Regional Director of HR at an Am Law 200 law firm with more than 400 attorneys.

Kanner & Pintaluga has doubled in size over the past two years. The 500-employee law firm, founded in 2003, was recently named to the 2022 NLJ 500 list which recognizes the top 500 firms in the country by attorney headcount.

“We believe one of the foundational elements of our continued success is the purposeful promotion and intentional succession planning of our leaders,” said Brad Emler, Chief Administrative Officer of Kanner & Pintaluga. “During Andres’ tenure as Director of Human Resources, he has been an integral part in keeping the Firm properly staffed in a difficult hiring market and has been instrumental in helping us transform our culture for the better. I look forward to working with Andres in his new role as we continue to invest in our most valuable asset – our employees.”

Mr. Exposito earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Barry University. He holds a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources Management, from Florida International University (FIU).
