Boca Raton, FL – Kanner & Pintaluga is proud to announce the elevation of six to partner, effective January 1, 2023. The newly elevated partners are Gabriella Barr, Blair Fazzio, Shawn Gibbons, Ardalan Montazer, Andrea Recine, and Levi Lawrence Wilkes.

Gabriella Barr, Personal Injury. Gabriella joined the Firm in 2019. Her practice focuses on representing individuals in Georgia personal injury claims. In the past two years, she has recovered more than $32 million for Firm clients. Gabriella received a B.S. from Florida State University. She completed her J.D. at Nova Southeastern University.

Blair Fazzio, Personal Injury and First Party Property Appeals. Blair joined the Firm in 2016. Her practice focuses on representing both personal injury and property damage clients at the appellate level. Blair began her legal career clerking for the Honorable Angel A. Cortiñas at Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal.  Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, she served as lead appellate counsel at the Office of the Assistant Attorney General of Florida. There she handled complex appellate matters and argued appeals before the Florida Supreme Court and the Third and Fourth Florida District Courts of Appeal. Blair received a B.S. From Florida State University. She completed her J.D. at the University of Miami.

Shawn Gibbons, First Party Property. Shawn joined the Firm in 2019 and serves as office managing attorney for the Firm’s Coral Gables office. His practice encompasses all types of first party property damage matters. Prior to Kanner & Pintaluga, Shawn practiced as a defense attorney protecting insurance companies related to first party property disputes. He received a B.A. from the University of North Florida. He completed his J.D. at St. Thomas University where he served as an editor of the St. Thomas Law Review, a member of the St. Thomas Moot Court Team, and President of the St. Thomas Trial Team.

Ardalan Montazer, First Party Property. Ardalan joined the Firm in 2021. His practice covers all areas of first party property damage and is one of the most successful practices at the Firm. Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Ardalan was a division leader in a statewide law firm where he represented national and international corporations and insurance companies in claims involving insurance, international, property, and tort law. Ardalan received a B.A. from Florida Atlantic University and a M.B.A in Finance and International Business from Florida International University. He completed his J.D. at St. Thomas University where he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Migna Sanchez-Llorens of the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida and as a law clerk to the Judge Advocate General of the United States Coast Guard’s Seventh District.

Andrea Recine, Personal Injury. Andrea joined the Firm in 2019. His practice focuses on representing individuals in Missouri and Indiana personal injury claims. Andrea received his B.A. from Harvard University. He completed his J.D. at Nova Southeastern University where he served as a member of the Nova Moot Court Team.

Levi Lawrence Wilkes, First Party Property. Levi joined the Firm in 2020. He specializes in representing homeowners and business owners in property damage and coverage disputes throughout Florida. Before pursuing a legal career, Levi worked in a variety of industrial and construction roles which included pipefitting, rigging, land surveying, boiler-making and commercial diving. Following law school, Levi has served in a variety of legal roles, including general counsel for a privately held company. Levi received a B.A. from Texas A&M University. He completed his J.D. at St. Thomas University where he graduated magna cum laude.
