Joseph Abdallah, Esq. is an associate attorney in Kanner & Pintaluga’s litigation department who prides himself on effective representation and personalized service. At Kanner & Pintaluga, Joseph specializes in Motor Vehicle Accidents, Bicycle and Pedestrian Accidents, Premises Liability, Slip and Fall Accidents, Wrongful Death and Toxic Torts. Joseph earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Science from Binghamton University, where he received multiple honors for his academic excellence and his commitment to the community. Upon graduation, Joseph attended Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center where he obtained his Juris Doctor. While attending law school, Joseph handled mass toxic tort claims for victims exposed to life-altering toxic substances. It was during this time that he learned of the necessity of quality legal representation for personal injury victims.
Joseph began his legal career as a Judicial Clerk at the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida in Broward County, Florida. There, he served as an advisor for the Circuit Court on original jurisdiction and appellate matters and also drafted civil orders and final orders for appellate petitions. The role required him to work closely with the judiciary, which provided him with a unique perspective of the courts. Recently, Joseph has been appointed by the President-Elect of the Florida Bar to serve as a member of the Judicial Administration and Evaluation Committee. Joseph is dedicated to zealously representing each of Kanner & Pintaluga’s clients to ensure they receive the compensation they deserve.
