Andrew M. Bragg earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in History from Indiana University in 1993. He then earned his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville in 1999.
Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Andy worked for a large Plaintiffs firm in Tampa for 8 years where he developed the First Party property insurance claim department. Andy handled a wide variety of property insurance claims and tried cases to successful verdicts in jury trials. Mr. Bragg’s past experience also includes 10 years practicing civil trial law defending some of the largest insurance companies in storm damage claims, sinkhole disputes, personal injury claims and various insurance coverage matters. He gained extensive insight how insurance companies operate, which now assists him in helping homeowners navigate difficult insurance issues, getting insurers to honor their policy obligations to pay for repairs to property damage and preserve the value in their homes.

Mr. Bragg is licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts and in the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern Disctricts.
