Zaheeda Mohammed

Zaheeda is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice.

Zaheeda specializes in representing property owners in first party insurance disputes including hurricane, fire, water, and mold claims. Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Zaheeda worked as an Assistant Public Defender in the 15th Judicial Circuit of Palm Beach County, Florida where she handled several jury trials, argued substantive motions, and negotiated offers with the State Attorney’s office.

Zaheeda graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a B.A. in Political Science. She then completed her J.D. at the University of Alabama. While at the University of Alabama she was an award-winning member of the school’s National Trial Advocacy Competition Team, President of the school’s International Refugee Assistance Project chapter, and Senior Editor to the Law & Psychology Review.
