Philip Rhodes is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice.
Philip focuses his practice on first party property damage claims where he counsels homeowners, and those providing services on behalf of homeowners, in property damage and coverage disputes throughout the state.
Philip gained significant trial experience and a passion for protecting individuals while serving as a Public Defender with the 9th Judicial Circuit of Florida where he oversaw more than 150 cases. While in this role, he tried 15 cases in both county and circuit courts and litigated various pretrial motions. These cases included misdemeanor battery, felony drug possession and attempted murder.
Philip received a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Houston. He completed his J.D. at St. Thomas University School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court.
