Olinda Deochand, is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice.
Olinda devotes her practice to helping homeowners, and those providing services on behalf of homeowners, in property damage and coverage disputes throughout the state.
Before joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Olinda defended insurance companies in first party insurance disputes. Her experience working for insurance companies gives her invaluable knowledge when representing property owners against insurance companies.
Olinda received a B.A. in Philosophy with a minor in Psychology and English Literature from the University of Miami. She completed her J.D. at St. Thomas University where she was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and of the Female Association of Women Lawyers. While in law school, she interned for Magistrate Tim Bailey and Magistrate Nicolas Lopane of the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida and clerked for a prestigious law firm in Hollywood, Florida.
