Harold Velez is an attorney in the Firm’s Personal Injury Practice.
Harold is an experienced personal injury litigator having worked for one of the nation’s largest personal injury firms. His focus is on truck accidents, car accidents and premise liability matters. In his first two months of practicing law, he was successful in his first trial. Since then, Harold has tried numerous cases and has argued successfully in front of the Florida Second District Court of Appeals. Most recently, he received a $500,000 verdict in a premise liability action.
Harold also is committed to engaging and improving the legal community and profession. He maintains several legal association memberships and has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers since 2018.
Harold received a B.A. in Political Science and minors in Business Law and English Creative Writing from Stetson University. After graduating from Stetson, he was awarded the Legal Promise Scholarship to attend Stetson University College of Law where he completed his J.D. During his time at Stetson Law, Harold was admitted into the school’s nationally-ranked and prestigious trial team, competing across the country.
