Chelsey Romer is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice.
Chelsey specializes in representing property owners in first party insurance disputes including hurricane, fire, water, and mold claims.
Before becoming an attorney, Chelsey clerked for Kanner & Pintaluga and another construction law firm where she gained experience working on cases involving breach of construction contracts and first party property claims. Prior to that, Chelsey worked for several large Florida construction companies where she gained foundational knowledge in the construction and home improvement/repair industry.
Chelsey also has a passion for helping others and giving back. She previously led Stetson’s Operation Christmas Child and volunteered at Project H.E.L.P which assists the homeless community of Tampa with their legal needs.
Chelsey graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. and M.A. in Construction Management. She went on to receive her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law where she clerked for the Honorable Anthony Porcelli, Magistrate of the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.
