Aleisha D. Hodo is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice.
Aleisha specializes in representing property owners in first party insurance disputes including, but not limited to, roof, fire, water and mold cases.
Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Aleisha served as in-house counsel and outside private panel counsel to various insurance carriers across the State of Florida. She has years of experience representing them in complex first party and third-party disputes, in addition to experience in risk management, premise liability, SIU fraud, and coverage issues. She utilizes this inside knowledge, and experience to ensure maximum recovery for policyholders.
Originally from Tampa, Florida, Aleisha graduated cum laude with a B.S. from the University of Central Florida, majoring in Legal Studies with a specialization in Trial Advocacy and Litigation.
She received her J.D. from the Florida A&M College of Law in Orlando, Florida and was the 2013 recipient of the Paul C. Perkins Bar Association scholarship for excellence in service and academia. Aleisha is licensed to practice law in all Florida state courts, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
