David R. Shaheen, Esq.  graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, while also playing Number One Singles and Number One Doubles as Captain of Villanova’s Division One Tennis Team. He then attended law school at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he finished in the top 3% of his class, graduated Summa Cum Laude, and received multiple merit-based awards, including the Simonhoff Scholar and Merit Scholar. While in law school, David was an active member on Nova’s Law Review, Moot Court competition team, and Trial Team.
As one of the firm’s trial attorneys, David passionately and aggressively advocates and litigates for his clients in and out of the court room, and spends countless hours meeting client’s needs. Before joining Kanner & Pintaluga, David spent time at the Broward State Attorney’s Office where he tried multiple misdemeanor and felony cases, as well as did litigation work on the Insurance-Defense side. David is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts.
