Darren devotes his practice to representing plaintiffs throughout Florida, South Carolina, and Alabama for all types of personal injury claims, including but not limited to automobile negligence, premises liability, wrongful death, as well as lost wage claims and worker’s compensation claims. Since joining Kanner and Pintaluga in 2011, Darren has strongly advocated for plaintiffs in both Pre-Litigation and Litigation matters, recovering millions of dollars in compensation for injured Plaintiffs, while also trying several cases to verdict, including a $269,000.00 Plaintiff verdict in a premises liability action against Pembroke Lakes Mall.
Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Darren practiced as an Insurance Defense Attorney in a West Palm Beach law firm where he gained valuable insight into the defense strategies and tactics of large corporate defendants and insurance companies, and now uses his past experience and courtroom knowledge to obtain the best results for his clients.
As a member of the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys Top 10 Under 40, Darren is a firm believer in obtaining the maximum amount of rightful compensation for all injured victims. Darren understands that all cases are different and does his best to personally gain an understanding of each client’s injuries and specific circumstances while aggressively negotiating with insurance companies on a daily basis.
