Blair M. Dickert, Esq. attended the Florida State University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science and earned a double major in Political Science and Sociology. She then attended the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude. Blair began her legal career clerking for the Honorable Judge Angel Cortiñas at the Third District Court of Appeal. Since that time, Blair defended Insurance Carriers in commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes and bad faith cases, and became well-versed in personal injury litigation.
While working in private practice, Blair obtained successful client results, developed litigation strategies and maintained supervisory roles of other attorneys and staff. Blair recently worked at the Florida Office of the Assistant Attorney General as lead appellate counsel in complex first degree murder cases, analyzing dispositive motions, motions in limine, jury selection and evidentiary issues, and has handled and argued appeals before the Florida Supreme Court and the Third and Fourth Florida District Courts of Appeal.
As one of Kanner and Pintaluga’s trial attorneys, Blair focuses on all personal injury related matters, and prides herself on effective representation and client support, both in and out of court.
